Description
Cultural Competency, African American and Pan-African history course provides an analysis of cultural diversity and how it impacts mental health, health, lifestyle in the past, present, and future. It will cover workplace practices, working together, and interpersonal relations. It explores the ethics and language patterns of various cultures and practices in the workplace. Additionally, this course explores the research, news media and appropriate ethical behaviors for various cultures through didactic and experiential activities.
Good for educators K-12, business leaders who seek to serve a diverse clientele, and anyone else who has an interest.
