Description
This course outlines the basic tenets of stress and models of managements for individuals and the workplace. This course reviews the influence of stress on the body, how one’s attitudes, lifestyle, eating habits influence the level and severity of stress and resulting symptoms. The student will be able to use proactive and preventive techniques to reduce stress symptoms. Concepts of the mind, attitudes are integrated with interpersonal relationship, time management, relaxation and other concepts of parenting, supervision, boundaries and assertive communications for realistic study of stress in life.
