Description
This course provides overview of anger management principles for productive behaviors in personal life and workplace settings. The course Covers topics as: the purpose of expectations, personal identity buttons, stereotypes personal beliefs, habits, self-esteem, and related verbal and non-verbal communication. Particular emphases are given to “handling “and prevention of inappropriate anger in the workplace and personal situations that negatively influence life that action activities use stories, humor, and critical situations that assist in appropriate anger management.
